What to Expect
At Crossroads, you will be greeted by one of our caretakers, who will ensure you feel at home. They will give you a tour of our facility, introduce you to our vetted staff and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Our caretakers are here to help!
You will experience a personal connection with God, establish lasting friendships, engage in uplifting worship, and explore God's word. The Bible tells us that the Lord inhabits our praises, and we enjoy liberty in worship as the presence of God moves in our midst. Each service, we offer heart-felt worship and hear the preaching of the Bible as the Word of God. Everyone is given an opportunity to respond to what we've heard and felt. You can expect to feel the love of God and His people. Come and worship with us as you are.
We strongly believe in local church membership. We invite you to attend a membership class to learn more about our church, our beliefs and purpose. This membership class is offered several times each year. Discipleship is one of our core values at Crossroads Apostolic Church. We strive to help you grow in your faith and have a deeper connection with God. Your participation in our family begins on Sunday mornings. As you interact with others, your connection and growth with primary happen in bible study and/or classes offered throughout the week
We provide ways for you to give and bless others through serving on one of our ministries. These teams are Christ's hands extended. They're a great way to help and connect with others! We support home & foreign missions, various social service organizations and sponsor opportunities throughout Charles County. With you involved, we can have a greater impact on our community.
What We Believe
We believe that going to church is the chance to experience a life-giving, life-changing relationship with God. We teach the Biblical message of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. God's plan of salvation is summed up in the Bible in the Book of Acts chapter 2 and verse 38, and supported throughout all the Scriptures. The same Spirit of God that believers in the book of Acts experienced is still being poured out today. Because of this, church is alive and exciting!
We believe that the Scriptures have been given by God for our instruction and example. Because of this conviction, we teach and preach the same Biblical message the apostles preached in the book of Acts. God was manifest in flesh in the man Jesus Christ and died for our sins. He rose again and now lives in us through the Holy Ghost.
